Travel's Chat is a trademark operating globally in introduction and dating services and internet-based social networking (“Travel's Chat” or “We” or “Us”). Travel's Chat gives due importance to the privacy of its users (“You”). By using all or any of our services distributed via website and/or mobile applications or in any other way (“Service”), you are accepting the practices set down in this Privacy Policy.

All the information and/or data you give us while you are using the Service (incl. registering process, and that incl. your login via Facebook, VKontakte or WeChat account), you give us with your full consent. When you sign up/in to the Service via standard login (as opposed to Facebook, VKontakte or WeChat login). Additionally, in order to use the Service, you give us free permission to save the approximate position of your device whose collecting is necessary for proper functioning of the Service. Further on, you can provide us with other information about yourself by customizing your profile information, such as photos, info about your status and other information that can be customized by the users of the Service. When you login in via Facebook, VKontakte or WeChat account, you provide us with the information that are described and mentioned during the login process. If you do not want to provide us with the information required to be using the Service, please do not use the Service and do not log in to the Service. The information are used only for using and functioning of the Service. In order to use Travel's Chat, you may register via standard sign up process or sign in using your Facebook, VKontakte or WeChat login flow. If you do so, you provide us with the information that you accept to provide us by registering or sign in/login in the Service in any of the mentioned forms. These information can be changed anytime according to your choice or deleted at all. If you do not want to provide us with the information mentioned and required to be registered and/or be sign in/logged in to the Service, please do not use the Service and do not register or log in to the Service. Signing up and subsequently signing in/logging in is your own free decision with the awareness that you provide some of the information about you to the Service which are used only for the use of the Service. By deleting your account your information is deleted. All the data is used only for the purpose of the functioning of the application. Besides your information being deleted when you delete your account, you can request deletion of your information anytime via email info@travelschat.com.

All the information that we are provided with from you are reasonably demonstrated via the login process or during the use of the Service via the web and/or mobile application or in any other way (e.g. PR events, merchandising, etc). We use the internal storage of devices to ensure the users have the best possible experience.

While the Service is based mainly on the fact that the Service suggests you the potential other members around you based on their location, it does not in any case mean that the other members really are or must be present in the area of the distance that is displayed as the roughly distance between individual members.

By using the Service you provide us with your information on a royalty-free basis, irrevocable, world-wide and sub-licensable.

You as the user are obliged not to harm other users and not to provide information that are not real or true, not to upload offensive photos, spam, solicit money from or defraud any user or do any harmful conduct during use of the Service, incl. stalking, intimidating, harassing, defaming or impersonating any person. By using the Service there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In case any such objectionable content does appear, this content will be deleted at the latest within 24 hours, incl. the respective user account, without remedy. Your account can also be deleted at any time without any alert if you violate any other of the conditions stipulated in the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy.

If you live in a country with data protection laws, the storage of your personal data may not provide you with the same protections as you enjoy in your country of residence. While we are operating our Service worldwide, we have servers located worldwide. By submitting your personal data you agree to the transfer of your personal data to and storage and processing of your personal data in any such countries and destinations.

While we take reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of the Service, user databases and records of internet based service cannot be completely secure and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized accesses, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. We advise you to take steps to keep your personal data safe, including your password.

We do not sell or rent out any personal data about you to any third party.

We prohibit the use of content in the app to endanger children and any form of Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAE). We take timely precautions to avoid any such children abuse in the app. This includes but is not limited to use of app to promote predatory behavior towards children. You can report such behaviour also by reporting this dirctly in the app. Such content will be irrevocably deleted.

By using the services you accept the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy may be changed anytime according to the changing law requirements, changing features of our service, used practices and technology. Your continued use of the Service means you consent to and accept those changes.

For all purposes, the English version of the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

Your data can be deleted by sending us a request via email at info@travelschat.com.
